Ok, so What Are You Brewing was a hotty, as topics go.

Now I'm 15 pints into a keg I only filled on Tuesday and wondering if anyone else has a favourite at the moment ?

It's my second brown with US-Oh05 and it's better than the forst, maybe Ikept the temps down a bit during the scorcher we had in januray

So its not at regionals? Id love to get some from the brewery but I cant afford to get the minimum quantity :o(

lowl, I know I know, but im oh so close to SWMBO coming back to work, dont want to ruin my slight possibility of a shiny new kettle and SS conical now do i by going and buying lots of beer ;o)

We have a 9 month old son, and only my income, so if I just went and got a heap of Emersons beers she would not be happy, and I wouldnt be brewing for a while :o(

But, im still allowed my chest freezer, bar fridge, and up to 3 fermenters in our bedroom, so its not all bad :o)

A little later on me and my friends will be partaking in 2 ales brewed especially for our annual golf weekend - this year in sunny Paihia (actually it's pissing down most everywhere...)

Beer 1: Trevors Red Headed Stepchild, a big malty bastard of an Irish red ale, with a dry roasty finish. Golden Promise, ADM pils, amber, crystal, dark crystal, roasted barley, NZ styrians. OG 1.060, FG 1.012, 6.33%abv

Beer 2: The Green Jacket Pale Ale, Maris Otter, crystal, NZ styrians and NZ cascade. OG 1.054, FG 1.012, 5.5%abv
