Turns out that after buying it and freighting it, and then finally getting round to getting it tested before filling, it is useless. Made after 1980 and without a LAB number, it can not be certified for use in NZ. $130 down the drain.
I should have made more efforts to find out why it was being sold uncertified.
I got the pot set that is linked to on the previous page. They just arrived here at work... They are light weight like giant versions of the ones you can get from the warehouse - thats what I expected though for the price so thats OK.
What was not so good about them is that I noticed that the 20L pot looked a bit on the small side.... smaller than the 17L pot I have at home. A quick measure up revealed that it probably holds around 12L and all the dimensions are smaller than what it says on trademe. I will have to measure up the larger ones when I get them home and decide whether to keep them or not. Either way the seller is going to get some email about this...
Apparantly the people they get them off subbed out the biggest pot and put in a smaller one without telling them. They offered to take them back with a full refund but they were still a good deal so I kept them.
After a direct comparison to the old warehouse one I had these are actually a bit better than the warehouse ones - just that they are so big they seem thinner that they are.
