Epic Lager

I'm sure its all old hat for those of you lucky enough to have tried it on tap.
But as for myself, we had 5 cases delived hot from the pasturiser to work (Liquorland Mt Eden, 346 Dominion Rd (Shameless plug I know)) on friday and into the deep freeze it went.

Tell you what, it's bloody good. But why would you expect anything less?
Plenty of hops, nice and crisp. Undoutably a lager.

If you found the Pale Ale too much then this beer is for you.

What if the Epic Pale Ale is too little? Got anything for me?

I had little taste of the 'white label' at BrewNZ but I've not tried the first real batch. Look forward to it.

Too little? Hmm. You might give Wychwood Hobgoblin a go. Tis fairly full on.
Or move to london Ales. Fullers, or Youngs. Both instore.

Or sideways Brewmoon IPA.

I had a pint yesterday from the tap at Hallertau. It was in-between a couple of others, but was splendid I have to say. I'm generally suspicious of lagers but I enjoyed every drop.

When will it reach the mainland? Specifically Christchurch? Looking forward to another "Round NZ" beer tasting session!

Chch might be a month before it arrives there as BeerNZ said they would wait for the Epic Lager till the next run of kegs.
