So I'm looking to brew an anzus ipa.
I will be using galaxy for the Aussie hop and Nelson for the kiwi hop.
I am looking for an american hop that will compliment this combo.
I have been considering citra but fear i'll have a fruit bomb with nothing to add complexity.
I have thought simcoe might add a bit of dankness to balance the fruit.
I am open to all suggestions.

Amarillo carries a nice flowery spicy note and might be a good compliment to your galaxy and nelson.. I use it very late in the boil (10-5) you tend to get more of the citrus when dry hopped..
centennial?! its an awesome hop uberflowery
nice I wouldn't of thought of centennial myself.
would a 1:1:1 ratio work for these hops?
It's a personal preference but I'd boost the Centennial relative to the others.
Something like this maybe?
Centennial : Galaxy : NS
2 : 1 : 1
Ok how's this look?
Gladfield Ale Malt 5.6 kg
Gladiator Malt 0.2 kg
Biscuit Malt 0.2 kg
Hopshot 60 min 1 ml
Centennial 14 g 15 min
Nelson 7 g 15 min
Galaxy 7 g 15 min
Centennial 42 g whirlpool @ flame out
Nelson 21 g whirlpool @ flame out
Galaxy 21 g whirlpool @ flame out
Centennial 84 g dry hop
Nelson 42 g dry hop
Galaxy 42 g dry hop
Gives 60 ibu according to beersmith.
However I am worried that the 60 min edition is so low 9.5 ibu and most of the ibu's are coming from the whirlpool. Is this going to leave me with a beer that doesn't have any balls?
Chinook.
Cheers for all the replies.
Went with centennial in the end.
Funnily enough, I actually just did a similar beer.
I had some left over us hops and Some left over galaxy.
So I used Columbs @60, the centennial/amarillo simcoe late
and I'm dryhopping 50/50 with nelson/galaxy
smelled awesome going in.
