Help with wort aeration for high gravity beers

Hey Guys,
I'm wanting to aerate my wort. I have a two micron stone, and a hepa filter already, and have since found out my double outlet pump isn't strong enough. Can someone suggest a pump strong enough to do the job. Alternately where I can get a disposable oxygen regulator, as all the websites in NZ I have dealt with are out of stock or no longer stocking. Only one site said they would get more in at the end of January (to slow for me).

I got one of those disposable cylinders and it worked great for about 3 brews and then promptly ran out!! That's even with using a small, cheap flow meter on eBay that I bought so I wouldn't overdo it.

So if anyone knows of somewhere to get cheap second hand refillable 02 cylinders that can still be recertified, I'd be keen to know.

3 brews does sound short, compared with other users comments, it must have leaked? Did you buy your regulator in NZ, and if your not using it would you consider selling?

if I was to use a hepa filter would using my dive tank work as the air inside is pre filtered when filled?

I have also considered second hand dive tanks, what is the oxygen percentage of dive gas? I think it would work, may just need a longer dosage than the 30 seconds to 1 minute with pure oxygen?

it's just compressed air essentially so would be no different to air pump I would have thought I have 2 dive tanks and a regulator set up to clean out beer lines etc so should be able to get air stone onto it easy enough

Sounds cool, perhaps I'll have to find someone with a dive license that can get tanks filled for me. How much does it cost on average to fill tanks?
