Hey how long did you keep yours in the fermenter? I dont think its going to drop much gravity but may help flavours?
warm it up to clean it up? slowly push temp up around 4c over 4 days...
its at 21 now, couldnt hurt to go up a bit
You are going to have to taste it, Soren had issues on the broadcast and had to repitch more yeast, that said your OG reading is not really known so may only have been a 1.080 beer... 1.022, i reckon the ferment is finished but taste it so see what its like , the really big beers often floor you with the alcohol whiff off the top, mellow well after a few months in the bottle tho...
what was your ferm temp?
We left ours for maybe 4-6 weeks in primary, try and clean those higher alcohols etc up.
2 days at 18 then up to 21 so far.
