Saturday afternoon radio - you can't get too trechnical. I only half listened as I read through some stuff on here last night. I'll have another listen later.

This Way Up did a homebrew show last year - and SOBA member / NHC judge Martin Craig made him a This Way Down ale as a part of the show. I nevr got to taste it but heard from a relaible source that it was very good, and one of the hoppiest beers the source had ever experienced.
