Can somebody give me a step by step guide on harvesting yeast and after refridgation what to do with it , is there's process to get it going again ?

Another option is to harvest from kräusen rather than from trub. There's less crap in there so you don't have to worry about washing it. I boil a glass jar, lid and spoon, starting from cold water, for about 5 minutes, and when they're cool I simply scoop kräusen off the top until I fill the jar. Put the lid on, label it and whack it in the fridge. Works fine, although I don't really trust it to leave the yeast more than six weeks.

To use it, I just take it out of the fridge on brew day, allow it to warm to room temperature, and pitch it directly.
