Malt Supplies

Here I am trying to find Biscut Malt for some test brews... and the home brew shops are saying "Supplier occasional gets it in..."

 

So I've e-mail Cryer Malt to politely suggest they increase to frequency of the supply.... but if anyone else out there would like a high supply of this malt then go to http://cryermalt.co.nz/contactus.php and make a request.(or for Speical B).... the more requests the better I think.

I have been trying to find a homebrew store stocking Biscut malt. They all mentioned that their supplier, Cryer Malt, only has occasional supply of this malt.
 
Can I please encourage you to supply it more often.. We home brewers would really appreciated it.

Hi Grant,  Thanks for letting us know - we do have a superb Biscuit 
malt available to all home brew stores in New Zealand.  
It is Weyermann Melanoidin.  
Which home brew store do you get your malts from and I am more
than happy to discuss with them?

The Brew House in Newtown wellington has Weyermann Melanoidin. I haven't used it for a while but I was doing quite a few brews with it a year or so ago and dont recall any problems getting it from them.

I spoke to Cory last week, they're about to do a bit of reorg so they can fit in some more malts too.

It was thebewhouse that recommended I talk to Cryer Malt.
