Pale Malt and Lager/Pilsner Malt. Does it matter if I boil them at the same temperature? Obviously I'll use lager yeast for the lager and pilsner malt and ale yeast for the pale malt, crystal malt etc.

What do you mean boil them?
You dont want to do that, you want to mash (keep at a temp for a period of time or stagered temps at oppriuate times) them at a level you like. What are you Brewing?
You can, but a lager may benifit from a step mash, something like 55*c for 20 mins, 62 for 30 mins, and 68 for 50 mins, or similair... Google step or if youre feeling brave, decoction mashing ;o)
