So I just got a call from the wife that a package from INZ Hydro has arrived fro me at home, I picked up some fittings from a local fabricator this morning, keggles (HLT/BK & MLT) last week, got my pump (Resun MD40), silicone tube should arrive on Thursday, BK/HLT element is already wired from the previous brewery.
So I think I've got everything covers... Yeah Right!
I thought I should really track my build a little better than I usually do things.

Hey Matt, lost your message somehow, really enjoyed your brew, wanted to get the details off you, wouldhave liked to try it a coulle of degrees cooler but it had real depth.
Got temp issues myself today, bookbinder/spellbinder that almost boilded over at 97, guessjng the mash wasnt 66.7 like planned. Time to invest in better temp a d pH control. Will be bringing my pils attempt next month, bit of a saga brew, lagering now so waiting to see. Look forwrd to trying yours next month
