First pints
Kit IPA with Cascade and Nelson sauvin hop additions. Bangin bitterness! All though quite cloudly, looks like a wheat beer. Thinking it may be stirred up sediment (all though I racked off 2 days before kegging) or maybe 'chill haze'?? - which I havnt had a chance to read up about

How long in primary? I've been chilling down to around 3C before racking onto 2tsp of pasteurised gelatin solution to battle the haze...damned chill haze!!

5 days primary at 23deg then 2days after racking to a 2nd fermenter. Was considering gelatin, but it was so clear after racking! Damned chill haze!! Oh well, first kegged brew! Cheers for the tip
