Finishing gravity on Rough Wise Guy Ale
Finishing at 1.015 which is about spot on for the calculations - can't help thinking I would have got a few more points out if the weather had been kinder.

Yeah, pretty happy with the clarity. Now into the fridge for some cold conditioning while I go away for a week and have some west coasts!
