Thanks James it may look tidy, but what you can't see is the huge teetering pile about to fall on me from behind the camera.
I am getting a much better fermentation from my tun with the new braided manifold.

It is a home made one with some design features taken from the one they use at Wigram brewery.
The heart of it is the two half-horse electric motor armatures machined to the same diameter and grooved.
Then mounted in sets of self centering bearings(would be heaps cheaper if I had more engineering skills and could use ordinary bearings). All in a hardwood frame.The hopper is a waste paper basket from payless. "Armstrong" powered and can reduce 8kg of grain into a great grind in about 10 mins.
