Yeah the beer I brewed for Steph that won, was brewed 2 weeks before with a 6 day dryhop, and it was crystal clear, cool to between 0-4 degrees add 1 1/2 tsp of gelatine to pre boiled and chilled to 80 degrees, stir to dissolve and add to fermenter let it sit for 2 days than rack to keg, shake and bake, 300 kpa for 50 secs on the product out side shaking while you do it, let it sit for a hour than vent to serving pressure and pour yourself a coldie, it will still be a little hazy but it will drop out over the next day or to.
WTF I shouldnt be telling you this till Sunday!! Also it reminds me I should be doing this to my Mild Ale now opps
