OK i want to put down a brew from scratch so what do i need and whats a good lager recipe what is the process for that  can anyone help plz.

if your doing 1000L I wouldn't recommend coopers kits... thats a lot of bad beer to have to drink....

Might be able to boil up 100+ litres in this but it would need one hell of a gas ring to get it to boil!
