What base malt do you use?

Just wondering what base malts everyone here is using.

Do you stick to one malt for all or most of your beers? Or buy base malt according to the beer you're brewing?

What sort of beers are you most often brewing if you stick to one type?

only a few AG's in, and so far, i've brewed with GP, Pearl Pale, Koelsch (sp.) and Maris Otter.

i use GP/Pearl for pale ales, Pearl/Koelsch for APA and IPA's, Maris Otter for stouts, and any beer style that requires a full bodied malt profile. well, thats the plan anyways. :-)

It's OK gents. I have confirmed with the supplier that Colonge Malz will be available from Liberty by the end of next week. Keep your eyes peeled. I'll post as soon as the sacks have arrived.
