Looking at doing a keg set up, Is it cheaper and easyer to go with the brew craft setup or designing your own set up, and getting the bits from the likes of Craft brewer, etc?
Whats your thoughts?
Thread tape around the robber part of the relief valve worked a treat for me too. Saved me having to buy a new lid and two new relief valves.
Thanks again Jo.
Stop beer flowing back into the regulator. Has happened to me on a couple of occasions.
Am looking to build a a 4port/2x 2port CO2 manifold, preferrably with a check on each port. I'd rather have one on each outlet so that it stops the manifold filling with beer and contaminating the other kegs and making a mess.
I've got two regulators at the moment, one standard dual-gauge micromatic at the tank and a secondary inline, so currently have two lines at two pressures.
Have just ordered that manifold, I'm sure I can make it work, haha, well I hope.
Yeah thanks, saw those, 4 of those ends up being like 120 just in non-return valves - ouch! Makes the 48USD 4-way manifold with check valves look cheap, from what I've found so far 30 bucks seems to be the going rate for check valves for this sorta thing.
Keen to hear/see what everyone else is doing in the way of check valves and/or manifolds.
