Craftbrewer/Morebeer

Bit of a newbie question here, but I've trawled the vaults and can't find anything concrete. Is it okay to get hops and yeast from craftbrewer/morebeer? Has anyone done this or has anyone had any problems with MAF/customs/some other regulatory types? I've got my eye on a bunch of american hops from CB but want to make sure they aren't going to head into the importation abyss rather than into my beer.

Just giving this a bump so I can praise Ross from craftbrewer.com.au. The guy is a legend. Their CC processing gateway was offline today (Sunday), and after my order failed to go through, he emailed to explain, and suggested I try later, or call Monday. I'm a self help kindof guy, and these things happen, so I tried again just now. Still failed. Next thing, Ross calls personally, takes my card details over the phone, and processes the order there and then.

That's why I love small businesses in general. They really care about their customers.

I just can't recommend craftbrewer.com.au enough.

yup agreed, I get most of my yeast from him.

Had similar experiences getting a boiler - there were problems and he bent over backwards to help, including calling me at work and discussing the matter. Top bloke, knows how to tread his customers.

How long is the delivery time from craftbrewer generally? If I order Tuesday, can I expect delivery before the weekend? nothing big, just a few bits and yeast.
