This week things get EPIC!

What better way to mark our one year anniversary then to enjoy an Epic IPA. We toss back an amazing beer from our craft beer brothers down in New Zealand called Armageddon IPA.

The 42 hops in every bottle could very well be the answer to life, the universe and everything.

We pair this beer up with some sweet/sour & spicy Chinese food.

Master Pairings with Dr. Bill brings us a basic all American dish, Burgers. Not just burgers though, Dr. Bill's perfect Burgers. He pairs that up with Firestone Walker Pale Ale.
