How does 1 charge a keg with c02 ? as this my first attempt to keg my stout
Try putting this on one of the forum discussions for more ideas.
But here's my version: With cold beer in the keg, crank the regulator to around 30psi and give the keg a good shake. Leave it connected to the gas in the fridge going back to shake it every hour or two, you'll see/hear the regulator as it stops dissolving much CO2. Generally after about 5 or 6 hours you can release most of the head pressure and pour a beer to taste and it's carbed enough for me.
With a little trial and error you'll work out what timings work for your beers and palate.
