Hi Josh,
I'm Kieron Lattimer one of the owners of The Moutere Inn (I believe you've only had contact with Martin Townshend and Dave Watson so far?).
I'm currently putting togethor a beer trail map of Nelson/Marlborough - in an attempt to create to notion of beer tourism along the lines of the wine trails. Initially it will be an on-line map with the longer term goal of a rackcard leaflet.
Anyway, I was pleased to hear about "The Moa Bar" and "Scotch" - do you have any more details about these bars? Although my criteria for inclusion is still a wee bit fluid at the moment I'm basically describing bars as either "craft beer freehouse" example; 'The Old Bank' in Redwoodtown or "craft beer tied-house" such as Sprig and Ferns.
A rule of thumb is also that 50%+ of the tap beer is from micro-breweries.
How do 'Scotch' and 'Moa Bar' fit into these descriptions?
Kieron
ps - we've got the Martzenbier on at the momment.....it tasting really nice :-) getting lots of good punter feedback too.
