Hi Elliot, you're not alone in your love of Bookbinder. I've tried a couple of times to create a Bookbinder clone. I certainly never nailed it but I did get in the ballpark. This was my best attempt. I gave up trying to clone Bookbinder after brewing this beer because I liked mine just as much even though it wasn't a clone.

If you're really keen to clone it, I would suggest creating a thread in the Recipe Advice section. I sure others will have either tried to brew something Bookbinder'ish or have some inside information.
