- Just getting back into home brew beer. I am enjoying trying to be more scientific about it now than when I did it as a kid. I am enjoying the process of making the beer as much as I enjoy the drinking the bear. I hope in about 20 years I will know as much as a commercial brewer and will have created my own semi automated garage scale brewery from scratch - meaning welding components and building my own controllers etc, ... and be brewing great beers from basic ingredients without using commercial kits. But for now, I am starting out manually brewing using commercial kits.
