Im sure it,ll take a couple of brews to get used to the equipment, man you;ll be glad you went down the all grain road, in a month or so, make sure you are using good yeast with big volumes like that, and good sanitizing, you dont wanna fuck up 80 litres aye!

Been making a few pilsners lately, and stout, porter the usual suspects pale ales and a bock and today a saison with some orange rind, coriander and a little ginger, should be good for something different.
Send us those pics of the brewery sometime and make me green.
