- I've been brewing extract/kit beers for some years. Have a temp controlled fridge which I use for proving my sourdough bread (also a bread baker) as well as fermenting and I've brewed some very nice beers but after tasting a BIAB brewed Citra Pale Ale recently I decided that was the way to go. I then discovered the Grainfather and am presently awaiting delivery.
