Is that a new kettle? What happened to your 3 keg system?

Yup, no more kegs for the moment. Same rig but using my old kettle/urn as HLT, old Rubbermaid rectangle for MLT, trademe-special 40L pot and immersion over plate. Doesn't look as flash but things go a lot smoother.
