These photos are just looking awesome, good stuff. However, it's a bit hard to find out anything about your operation... Might I suggest a simple website so people can find you, see what you do, prices, etc... Doesn't need to be fancy.

on a steep learning curve at the mo!

Thanks for your thoughts Im constantly amazed at how help full people who dont even know me have been to date

- come to think of it that seems to be such a common thing with people involved in the beer / brewing  community the first person I met was Martin Bulmer (Toast) he didnt know me from a bar of soap and yet he invited me around to his place to show me how to brew we had a great day with a few tasty beers and lunch even! (cheers Martin!!!) Then I met JT ,Michael,Matthew,Tim,Mike - the list goes on and on I,ll stop there before I bore ya to death with my mad props ramble
