004 - close up
External parts (obscured by my crude supermarket bag insulation system).
Ball value is joined to ~70mm of brass threaded pipe. A brass nut thingee holds things tight. (can't recall the actual name for these).
Male-to-male ball valve and brass barbed hose adaptor.
