Hi Mark

Still just experimenting with kits - generally William Warns kits - boiling DME, adding (quite a lot of) hops and then throwing the can in near the end. Generally always dry-hop ... but yet to produce a smooth balanced outcome

I've pretty much got everything I need to go all-grain but haven't got the time to sort it out (let alone an ag brew day!)

2014's the year hopefully! :)

I got the 2nd fridge sorted so I can continue brewing ales while having a go at 'lagering'.

Sounds like a good plan - especially where time is an issue as Ag is really time consuming

I order from baylands brewing in Wellington. Very reasonable transport rates
