Hey all,

I woke up this morning stoked to be doing a new brew in the Grainfather. Filled it up with water and put in the mash temperature and went off to do a few things. Came back and it was still sitting at 18 degrees. So ive spent the last 30 mins playing around with it and I cant seem to get the element to fire up. Even when I switch to boil.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas what to do?

I'd contact Grainfather right away before messing with it too much.

Sounds like there is definitely something wro

All good now. I emptied the water out and found that there like a reset switch on the base. Pushed this and the elements working now. Not sure what the deal is here really. A few hours lost time but atleast I get to do a brew now :-)

Can you take a picture of the reset button in case I ever need it.

That would of made for a stressful brew day, I just tapped my Chur keg those hops come through really good. Really wish I had my hop spider in play, forgot how cloudy it can get.
