I'm bottling some beer I have made with WY1968 tomorrow (17th). It's a low gravity beer and I didn't dry hop it. I would normally harvest the yeast cake and use it for the next beer but I'm doing a US05 beer next and won't need WY1968 for a month or so. It's best to use harvested yeast within a week of collecting it so I wont keep it. If anyone is brewing in the next week and wants to use it message me, pick up St Clair. Its 3rd generation so it should be good for at least another couple of ferments.
