Not sure, though I asked about wheat earlier in the week & Paul (owner) said they'll be doing another wheat-beer in about 3-4 weeks, so they'll get some more in then. Looked like they had all the normal stuff there otherwise.

I can't find the recipe , but here it is:

4.5 kg Pale Malt
350g Roasted Barley
250g Chocolate Malt
150g Crystal 80L
50g Black Patent
28g Pacific Gem (13.8%) @ 60
Safale S-05

Mashed at about 65

OG: 1.050, IBU: 40
