What methods are you guys using for getting a bit of o2 into your chilled wort?
Im over trying to shake ~23l of wort around in vain!

Pretty sure I've never had any aeration problems, and I've never shaken a fermenter (the 60L one doesn't lend itself to picking up and shaking!) - just run off from the kettle into the fermenter from a bit of a height (about a 1m drop) and it builds itself a good fluffy head which I guess indicates aeration?
