Any Ideas on a Beer I should brew this weekend? it was going to be a IIPA again but I have got enough of those, Im drinking an Smoked Imperial Stout at the moment and its realy got me thinking any ideas? But not an RIS or IIPA or Old Ale as That in 2 weeks.

Done some quick googling. Looks like Hazelnut extract is roasted crushed hazelnuts steeped in brandy for a few weeks.
If my page linking works then it should be here but otherwise google Hazelnut Extract and you'll find this.

Has to be added just before bottling to get that Hazelnut rich finish

just mash in tomorrow, leave the lid off the mash tun, and then resume the brew on the weekend.

they're yours. can leave out for you one day with the malt you were after... was it caramunich 2?

IF you leave them out for tomorrow but its 2kg of Pils malt, im doing it on sat man I have introduced a scarry amount of bug in the brewery!! this would be the 3rd in 3 months!! damn it! Mash in tomorrow night, then on wednesday im going to lactic it up!!

you'll be sweat... you'll be boiling it out anyway.
you'll kick arse in the berliner weisse category at the homebrew comp ;-)
just make sure it is small.
and then call around the specialty german stores for woodruff syrup.
