From a larger kit I spilt a little of the dried yeast. Everything seems to be going ok after 3 days though slowing down now going by the air lock. Can I still, or should I have added the correct amount of yeast?
Does it matter? Thanks for your indulgence.

First thing is don't just go by the airlock, check the gravity. It may just have finished quickly because its been warm
If the ferment started normally, I would guess there was enough yeast.
If the gravity is stuck, you could add another sachet of yeast, but you may need to make a "starter" with the new yeast for it to be effective.
