This is a question for Stu McKinlay, but I'm pretty sure most homebrewers going to Beervana this year will be interested.
I saw on the Beervana website: "Home Brewing Masterclass (Saturday 18th, 10.30am – 2.30pm) - $75 – this interactive Masterclass, led by Stu McKinlay of Yeastie Boys, is a rare opportunity to learn from one of New Zealand’s most innovative brewers about the secret to making captivating, flavourfull, new world beers. Includes general admission to Session 3."
What I'm interested to know is as an all-grain homebrewer, is this the session for me? Or is this more focused on "Can & Kit" type brewers...
No dramas if that's the case - I'll spend the cash doing the food and beer matching ;)

Sorry for the late reply... I don't get on here enough these days.
It is all grain AND can/kit. Plus eating, drinking and talking!
I'm not entirely sure how many people have signed up (though I think it is sold out now) but will definitely cover the basic brewing concepts, through recipe design etc, and into more advanced techniques... I'll pitch it to attendees level once we get an idea.
