how do you guys measure out small amounts of starsan?

Small syringe.

Easy and reasonably accurate.

The starsan bottle has two screw on lids, one over the main container, the other over a much smaller volume container. Both are connected by a small tube. You squeeze the big side until enough fluid is in the small side (it has marks for 1/4 and 1/2 oz) and then pour it out of the small container. Sonds like your bottle does not have this feature? (I would post a photo but #2 daughter appears to have filed our camera with my watch that #1 daughter filed somewhere a few years ago (yet to be found...))

1/4 fl oz is about 7mls ? i have the measure, i think i just got my maths wrong!

Where can you get starsan in chch?

i got mine from brewerscoop, it was the only place i found with it listed on their website.

thats about right, 7.4mm. Hopefully if we firn the camera I might also get my watch back! (doubt it...)
