Stainless Steel Welding - Ferrule

Hi,

Am looking to weld in a SS 2" tri clamp ferrule to the side of my keg. I use the keg as my boil kettle and am in the process of going electric. 

Can anyone recommend a very competent welder who can do this welding for me? Sanitary welding obviously a must.

I live in Auckland and you'd think there would be some skilled people out there doing very clean and tidy welds however past experience dictates they are few and far between.

Any help would be much appreciated.
