Rhizomes

I would really like to try growing a few hops at the house. I realise that I would not be able to produce enough for ongoing brewing, but think this would be an interesting effort.

Is this the wrong time of the year to start growing hops?

Do any of you have any hop rhizomes that you wouldn't mind a fellow home brewer having? :D

For me the bananas are part of the attraction - Adelaide Hefeweizen is what I'm shooting for at 20 -21C all the way!  Yum.

I'll go AG with a recipe from Tony Wheeler - similar to the BN/ Jamil show version. 

Now the only thing to do is sort out my salts to emulate pipe crusting hard water pumped hundreds of k's from the Murray.
