Replacing Heating on Urn

Hey guys was wondering if this was a worthy buy to replace existing element on cheap urn I bought off traddeme

Why do you want to replace the element?

If the replacement one is the same wattage, what are you gaining for $200?

I'm guessing I really want more control over temperature.

Buy a STC1000 and connect that to it, set your desired temp and it will turn it off and on to keep it where you have it set

Just turn your urn up as high as it will go so its not overriding the STC
