maybe but it was the most full on fermentation Ive ever had so prob not an under pitch

I have a 12L la trapee blond clone with yeast from bottle grown to 1.5L starter

buy more beer and harvest the yeast  !!!!  at my new world its $9.99 a big bottle

but I cleaned them out of blond, whitte, dubel

I think for many reasons some yeasts cannot be dried

the starter had an amazing aroma....

will be 18C ferment

and not moving higher until 75% finished

Ugh! I just used a Belgian style yeast (mangrove jacks) to brew a Duvel style clone and I left my heat pad on all day, eight hours and thirty six degrees later! I hear they like high temperatures but I'm really hoping I haven't destroyed my brew. Its bubbling up a storm in the next room! :/
