Low carb dry enzyme

Does anyone know what is actually in the Copper Tun Low Carb Dry Enzyme?

I saw another version from Brewshop: http://www.brewshop.co.nz/lo-carb-enzyme.html which says it's gamma-amalase but can't find any info on the Copper Tun product.

I'm trying to help friends reduce the syrupy sweetness of their kit brews (and before you all suggest converting them to all-grain, I've tried!).
