Keezer Thermostat

I've just purchased a large chest freezer that I'm turning into a home for my Corney kegs. I have been scouring the interwebs for a suitable thermostat but cannot find anything suitable.

 

Ideally I'd like a simple thermostat which switches the freezer on when the temp goes below 5C. Does anyone have any sources or suggestions?

I have something similar if someone wants it. I can't remember how much I paid for it, but I'd be happy to let it go for $20 + postage from Canada. It's no good to me here (240V).
