My latest brew is a Black IPA, coming at around 75 IBU. The hops are Magnum at 60, and Cascade at 30, 15, and 0.

I want to get a strong aroma on it, but not make it offensive. I am planning to dry hop it with Nelson Sauvin. How much do you reckon i can get away with, without making the beer offensive? Would 40g be too much? The beer should come out to about 5.2abv due to my horrible efficiency. (was much better when I did BIAB)

In a related note, was Hopwired dry hopped with Sauvin?

What's your batch size?
Sorry. This batch is a hair above 21 litres. I tased the beer from the primary, and it has a nice bitterness.
I can't say if 40g of Sauvin will be too over the top as not dry hopped with it, but if you like that aroma then 40g would go very nicely. Do you have any cascade left? What about 20g of each?
I do. I guess that is possible, but i do like the aroma from sauvin...oh well, great chance to experiment!
If you like the aroma then I reckon go for it!
