Hello Homebrewers,
I'm new to home brewing. currently i am on my third brew and want to venture into it a little further so i have started to play with ideas.
I really like Asahi Super dry. I have had a look around and can't find anything simple (on a home brew playing field) to replicate a beer like Asahi.
I was wondering if the members of this forum would be kind enough to tweek my attempt at making my own recipe (even though its attempting to clone).
Asahi Clone:
1x Japanese blonde malt 500g
1x Blue Mountain Lager
1x Copper tun Enhancer(Not sure which number) or 1.5kg of Copper Tun liquid brewing sugars (I'm getting a clumping at the base of the barrel after fermentation (Thoroughly mixed before fermentation)
1x S-23 Dry Larger Yeast
1x Tettnang Finishing hops or Saaz?
Keep in mind i am only a beginner so any other words of advice would be helpful. Thanks!

Thanks man i appreciate it.

Yeah I've found two different recipes but i cant find some of the ingredients in NZ. I didn't really want to do a grain recipe as i'm pretty new to the whole hobby.
