Hi all, just started brewing and have put my first beer to a keg. My question relates to conditioning, many people talk about green beer and I was wondering what that tastes like. Like all new "keggers" I'm keen to try out my new kit, but the freshly fermented beer which has gone straight into the keg tastes slightly homebrewish, by that I mean yeasty...is this normal and will the flavour disappear and the hop flavour take over. Any thoughts would be welcome.
