Ghetto Vacuum
Warehouse bicycle pump with inverted piston, 1-way valve from old espresso machine, schrader valve on the jar lid. Vacuum indicator on the lid pops after 1 stroke :)
Now I can start to buy hops somewhere where I can get them fresh and store them :)
