fresh hop brew

I am growing  my own hops in the Waikato. The varieties I'm growing are Cascade, Fuggle and Tangarine Dream. All plants are from Wild about hops NZ. I am going to brew a red IPA when the hops are ready. This will be my first time with fresh hops. This will be a big learning curve but i'm very excited to see the results.
