Elderflower beer

Anyone out there have experience with putting elderflowers in beer? I know Monkey Wizard do it in a golden ale, but I figure I should give it a go.

The missus makes awesome elderflower fizz, but I think it could be better used in beer,

I have friends who have... with mixed results. I would suspect that there will be english recipes out there for elderflower ales?? Perhaps a google?

I think there was a fair bit of talk about adding to boil or dry elderflowering and I dont know what the conclusion was. I think I would be inclined to add the elderflower once the ferment was almost finished?
